“The Norfolk County Council (Hellesdon and Norwich, A1402 Aylsham Road and A140 Cromer Road) (Bus, Cycle and Taxi Lane) Traffic Regulation Order 2026 has been made on the 29^th April 2026 and comes into operation on 8^th May 2026. Why your views matter

Any person who desires to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 29 April 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
