The Norfolk County Council (Bracon Ash, C825 Potash Lane) (Hethel) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 2026, The Norfolk County Council (Bracon Ash, Chapman Way and Potash Lane) (Hethel) (30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2026 and The Norfolk County Council (Bracon Ash, Chapman Way and C186 Wymondham Road) (Hethel) (50 mph Speed Limit) Consolidation and Variation Order 2026 were made on the 15^th September 2026 and will come into operation on 19^th September 2026, a copy of the Notice of Making, the Orders, revoked Order and plans can be downloaded below.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Prohibition of Motor Vehicles Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
