Shaping Norfolk's libraries - customer survey

Our last library strategy was agreed in 2020 and things have changed a lot since then. People have changed the way they use libraries after Covid, we are developing two new library and community hubs in Great Yarmouth and King’s Lynn and our librarians tell us that the needs of people using our services are changing.

We need your help with developing our strategy and plan for the next 5-10 years.

Your feedback will help to give us a current picture of why you visit your local library, or if you don't currently what could change that. We'd also like to hear about your vision of the library of the future.
