Overview

As required under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Part 3 Sections 23 and 25, notice is hereby given that the Norfolk County Council propose to install a Double Toucan Pedestrian and Cyclist Crossing and an associated Double Toucan controlled area on the following lengths of road:-
U71505 William Frost Way  - East Side_ At a point 129.11 metres south of the centreline of the U71340 Alex Moorhouse Way roundabout to the Toucan Crossing.
U71505 William Frost Way - West Side_ At a point 135.44 metres south of the centreline of the U71340 Alex Moorhouse Way roundabout to the centreline of Toucan Crossing.

Distances measured are to the centre point of each Toucan crossing. The reason for these crossings is to provide a safer environment for pedestrians. 
A copy of the plan can be viewed online at www.norfolk.citizenspace.com. Copies are also available for inspection at Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Norwich, NR1 2DH and at the offices of South Norfolk District Council at The Horizon Centre, Peachman Way, Broadland Business Park, Norwich NR7 0WF. However, in office staffing levels have been reduced and viewing online would be recommended.
