Overview

The Norfolk County Council propose to make the following orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and give the following notices:

The Norfolk County Council (King’s Lynn, Various Roads) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2025

The effect of this Order would be to introduce a prohibition of waiting at any time along the following lengths of road:

Please find attached the Notice of Proposals for the above-mentioned Orders, which also contains the notices for the Bus Stop Clearway, Shared use Footway & Cycle Track, Cycle Lane and Road Humps, together with copies of the draft Orders, Statement of Reasons and plans for the proposed Orders.

Please note that the formal consultation period, during which representations (whether objecting to or in support of the Orders) may be made, applies specifically to the proposed Orders and the Road Hump scheme. However, we also welcome any comments in relation to the notice-only schemes for the Bus Stop Clearway, Shared use Footway & Cycle Track, Cycle Lane.
