Agreements

Before we ask you more specifically for your grant application details, answering the agreements and questions below helps us handle your information correctly.

1. Data Protection

We will keep your contact details for enquiry purposes and monitoring. Our arboriculture and woodland privacy notice (opens in a new window) tells you how we use and keep your information.

(Required)

We may need to forward your contact details to contractors that are helping us to deliver this initiative.

2. 1 Million Trees initiative

We want the trees you plant as part of this scheme to count towards the 1 Million Trees for Norfolk initiative (opens in a new window). This means that we will be adding the location of your proposed or planted sites to a public online map. The purpose of this is to record and monitor the trees. The map will not include personal information.

We will also share tree details (species and number of trees) with the Norfolk Biodiversity Information Service to use in their work. We will not give them personal data. Our biodiversity page has more information about the Norfolk Biodiversity Information Service (opens in new window).
