Our mission is to serve the people of Norfolk – providing vital services, supporting communities and leading efforts to make life in the county better. We want Norfolk to be the place where everyone can live well, with a vibrant economy supported by the right jobs a sound infrastructure, and green, healthy spaces.

- Caring for adults and enabling healthy lives – helping residents have healthy independent lives and sustaining good quality care.
- A greener future - handling just over 61,000 tonnes of household waste, managing 2,400 miles of paths, trails, cycle routes and bridleways.
- Building a sound infrastructure - maintaining and improving 6,000 miles of road and developing new infrastructure schemes to meet Norfolk’s needs.
- Protecting our communities - through our Fire and Rescue service and our Trading Standards team.
