Thank you for taking part in our Norfolk Museums Pass survey. As a pass holder, we would love to hear about how you're using your pass to access all eras across Norfolk Museums. We have four short questions, that should take no more than 5 minutes to answer.

Your answers are anonymous. By completing this survey, you agree that your answers can be used for marketing and communication purposes, including, but not limited to, award submissions and advertising. 

How we use your data: We use the data we collect from this survey so that we can understand how our pass holders are using their pass. We may also use this data in the marketing and promotion of the Norfolk Museums Pass. The data we collect is non-identifiable and it cannot be traced back to the person completing the survey.
