Overview
We are seeking views from all stakeholders to review Norfolk County Council's Community and Environmental Services Enforcement Policy.
Why your views matter
Trading standards carries out the majority of enforcement action in the county. This year we have been working more closely with Suffolk County Council Trading Standards with the aim of developing a joined-up approach to enforcement including for cross border crime.
A revised Enforcement Policy has now been produced which includes proposed changes arising from this year’s review, and to reflect recent changes to other legislation and guidance, including a new enforcement protocol for Blue Badge Enforcement.
We want to hear your views on our updated Enforcement Policy.
