Norfolk County Council is putting forward proposals for changes to Gaywood Road in King's Lynn.
This proposal is to upgrade and replace the existing Toucan crossing serving the National Cycle Network Route 1 with a fully segregated modern crossing for cyclists and pedestrians. In addition, the existing carriageway will be resurfaced.
Before progressing with the legally required Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders associated with these proposals the public are invited to comment.
Please find more detailed plans at the bottom of this webpage.
If successfully supported and funded, this scheme will be delivered by Norfolk County Council using money from the Department for Transport's Active Travel Fund.

These proposed changes are the first in a series measures being put forward across the county under the Active Travel Fund.
