Norfolk County Council Roadshow - Cromer

Closes 12 Jun 2018

Opened 9 May 2018

Overview

Norfolk County Council roadshow  - 12 June 2018

You are invited to Norfolk County Council's roadshow event at Merchants' Place in Cromer on Tuesday 12 June from 7 to 9pm. You'll be able to hear about the council's suggestions for the future, ask questions and offer your ideas and aspirations for the county.

You will have a chance to meet the Leader of the County Council, Cliff Jordan and other senior members. Joining the Council team at the roadshow is Nick Conrad, BBC Radio Norfolk Presenter, who will act as chairman and take questions from the audience.

Leader, Cliff Jordan said, "The County Council plays a key role in caring for the people of Norfolk - whether it is supporting the vulnerable, maintaining our roads or campaigning for jobs. That will not change - but the way we do this will have to change given our future financial pressures.

"We have some challenges in Norfolk and I want to have an open discussion and ask our residents what matters to them most, whether it be caring for the most vulnerable, building better roads or developing housing solutions. I do want to hear from residents and to do that properly we need to hear first-hand from the people of Norfolk."

Refreshments will be available from 6.45pm so please give yourself time to grab a coffee before the event begins at 7pm.
